Quick and Easy Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed or Flax Seed Meal
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Toasted Coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients is a medium bowl. Form into 1 inch balls and set on a tray lined with parchment or foil. Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy
