As you all know I’m a PWP (Person with Parkinson’s) and boy have I been slacking in the exercising department so I’m on the road to fit. I suffer from apathy which is a lack of feeling, emotion, interest, and concern. Apathy is a state of indifference. I decided to revisit my exercise plan. I don’t really need to lose any weight but it would be nice to tone and just get strong again. A few years back I was actually running, well more like slow jogging but I did it and was really happy with my progress. At the moment I have no energy so hoping exercise will help that too. Ideal Shape has great exercise plans I’ve used a few in the past and liked them very much. I will begin using the plans below starting tomorrow and will post check-ins on Instagram and Twitter.
